Verizon Sony Xperia Play 4.0.2.E.0.57 Update (Changelog)

Verizon will be upgrading the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play Android gaming-centric smartphone to 4.0.2.E.0.57 soon. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t seem to be the promised Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade. When the update hits, which will probably be released in stages, you will receive an automatic update notification. You can also check for the update manually through the settings menu, but we advise against that at the moment since it hasn’t officially been announced just yet. Full change log listed below.

Verizon Sony Xperia Play 4.0.2.E.0.57 Update Changelog:

+ Improved user experience and new delivery method of preloaded games.
+ When connected via Bluetooth®, the Music Player now supports

+ VZ Navigator® has been updated with the latest 3D map improvements.
