LG gave little indication of which U.S. carriers will get the Optimus G Pro when it started sending out invites to its May 1st “Share the Genius” event in New York City. Luckily, serial leakster has already confirmed on Twitter that AT&T will get the Optimus G Pro E980 and even supplied images of both sides of the device for our viewing pleasure. That’s not too surprising, considering AT&T already carries the original Optimus G, but it’s still nice to get early confirmation through trusted sources. Unfortunately, preliminary specifications were not disclosed, but we’d be surprised if this one didn’t sport the same 5.5-inch 1080p FHD display and 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor as its Asian brethren.
