Samsung has started and will continue to launch the Galaxy S4 Android smartphone in various regions across the globe over the next few weeks, but today there’s actually word that there’s a rugged variant of the flagship device in the works. According to a source close to the matter, the “Galaxy S4 Active” will be waterproof and dustproof while sporting the familiar “look and feel” of the original Galaxy S4. The active is purportedly due to arrive in July of this year, just in time to deal with intense weather conditions typically associated with the summer months.
