Information on the Motorola Droid RAZR M 4G LTE (XT907) for Verizon Wireless has surfaced, including a leaked press shot and spec sheet. The RAZR M 4G LTE houses a 4.3-inch qHD (960×540) Super AMOLED Advanced ColorBoost display, Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of internal storage (expandable with microSD), 1GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel shooter, and a 3MP front-facing camera. It also runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and supports NFC capabilities. Like the Sprint Photon Q 4G LTE and AT&T Atrix HD, the Droid RAZR M 4G LTE will feature on-screen navigational keys. And hey, look, more Kevlar backing. Motorola will be hosting a media event on September 5th, in which they will also unveil the Droid RAZR HD, so we’ll post official details then.
