The Motorola Droid RAZR HD for Verizon Wireless made an appearance in the wild today. The leaked image above shows a back plate sporting a full kevlar design and Verizon 4G LTE branding. The rear camera is believed to be of 13 megapixels and the lack of a pronounced “hump” in the shot below may be hinting at a massive 3300mAh battery (think Droid Razr Maxx). The tipster claims the 720p HD screen is “amazing” with on-screen navigation buttons, like the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and the processor is believed to be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual-core chip. Unfortunately, pictures of the device actually turned on were not provided, but we imagine it’s running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a custom Moto UI. The Droid RAZR HD is expected to be released later this summer.
