The Samsung Galaxy Note III is expected to be announced with a Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor at IFA 2013 in September. We’ve heard various rumors pertaining to the Android phablet’s other specifications over the past few months, including screen size, display tech, program memory, storage and camera details. For the most part, we’ve been hearing the super-sized handset will feature 2GB of RAM, but a new source from The Korea Economic Daily has emerged today claiming the Note 3 will actually come with a whopping 3GB of RAM.
While we suggest taking the rumor with a grain of salt, it’s important to note multiple sources have cited the same 3GB of RAM rumor in the past. There is certainly a lot of contradictory information about the Note III at the moment, so hopefully a credible leak will help separate fact from fiction soon.
