Samsung isn’t the only one holding a major press event on May 24th in New York. According to the invite pictured above, Microsoft will be holding a “VIP Preview” event for Windows Phone 7 on May 24 at 10AM in NYC as well. They will preview the next major WP7 update, known as Mango, which will bring new features like Internet Explorer 9, better multitasking, deeper phone integration, new apps, and more. Hopefully, we’ll be treated to news and demos on topics we haven’t heard yet. That Tuesday will be a very busy day, and we’ll be sure to cover the event’s proceedings to keep you in the loop.
