HTC’s entry-level Android smartphone for 2012 has been announced as the One V. It may not have the Tegra 3 quad-core power of the One X, the massive 4.7-inch HD display of the One XL, or the thinness of the One S, but it does sport the iconic “chin” that adorns several past HTC devices. Kidding aside, this is likely a budget device that offers Android 4.0 ICS in an affordable package. The One S features a 3.7-inch WVGA LCD display, 1GHz single-core processor, 4GB of internal storage, 512MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera, Beats Audio technology, and a 1500 mAh battery.
