New Samsung CEO Wants to Improve Software

Samsung’s new CEO wants to concentrate on software improvements in order to contribute in securing “an absolute lead” over the competition. “A particular focus must be given to serving new customer experience and value by strengthening soft capabilities in software, user experience, design, and solutions,” said Kwon Oh-hyun. An early effort of such a strategy has already been put into play with Samsung’s purchase of mobile content service provider mSpot back in May.
