Google Nexus 7 Tablet Pre-Orders Now Shipping

Today, Google made good on their promise to begin shipping Nexus 7 tablet pre-orders by mid-July. The company’s latest updates on Twitter and Google+ read, “Locked and loaded, ready to play: we’ve started shipping +Nexus 7 pre-orders today!” I imagine Google sold tons of $200 and $250 models, so shipments may have to be filled in several waves – with the first batch shipping today.
