The Dell Streak, a monstrous 5″ screened smartphone tablet that sports the Android OS, is nearing its much anticipated launch. The US product page now says that the device is slated for “purchase in late July.” This is great news for those who have been waiting to pre-order. The device is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and comes with 512MB of ROM, 512MB of SDRAM, and 2GB of internal storage.
