Archos detailed pricing and availability for its Platinum line of Android tablets. We went hands-on with the 8-inch Archos 80 Platinum and 9.7-inch Archos 97 Platinum at CES 2013, however, the French manufacturer introduced a larger, 11.6-inch model, the Archos 116 Platinum, today as well. All three tablets sport sleek aluminum designs with similar features and specs, which include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, rear and front-facing cameras, Mini-HDMI port and microSD card slot. The main differences between the three devices are screen size and resolution. The 80 Platinum has an 8″ 1024×768 IPS screen, the 97 Platinum rocks an impressive 2048×1536 IPS display, and the 116 Platinum has a standard 1920×1080 IPS panel. The two smaller tablets will be released this month, February, for $199 and $299, respectively. The largest of the bunch won’t be released until April for $349.
