We assume you are, as the Galaxy S line stole the show in 2010 and it’s still maintaining its own thus far in 2011. The Samsung Epic 4G is a Galaxy S variant for the third largest carrier in the nation, Sprint. It sports a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, 4″ Super AMOLED display, slide-out full QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel rear camera, front-facing VGA camera, and more! Unfortunately, the device still runs Android 2.1, but we hear the 2.2 Froyo update is just around the bend. Multiple ways to enter:
Each person may submit multiple entries through various outlets for an increased chance of winning. Some steps are required, while the others are optional. However, you may only submit one entry per method.
Minimum requirements to enter the contest:
Step 1 – Follow us on Twitter and then retweet this post with all three of these hashtags attached: #android #giveaway #contest (see original tweet for an example).
Step 2 – Email us at epic(at)SmartKeitai.com with the subject line “Epic Giveaway” and inform us of your name, Twitter handle, and a link to the retweet. If you’re adding multiple entries using the extra methods listed below, please include additional usernames (YouTube, Facebook, etc) for those as well. We basically want one email per person with information on all entry methods. This will ensure that we connect the dots and don’t overlook any of the optional methods used.
Notes: fulfilling “step 1″ will entitle you to one entry. Please see below for instructions on how you can add up to 3 more entries. Also, since the Epic 4G is a Sprint device, this contest is US only. You must have a valid US mailing address or PO Box.

Deadline and selection process:
- Contest ends on Saturday, February 19 at 5pm Eastern time. We’ll announce a winner the next day.
- We’re going old school in regards to selecting a winner. We’ll write each entry down on a piece of paper and put them in a bin. When the time comes, we’ll blindly reach in and select a winner. This is why it’s imperative that you email us with details on all of your entries – so we know how many slips of paper to assign to your name. Once we have a name, we’ll confirm that they actually followed through with each entry method used. If for whatever reason the initial winner is disqualified, we’ll select another winner via the same method. Again, the winner will be announced on Sunday, February 20. Good luck!
