Verizon Wireless has finally started rolling out Ice Cream Sandwich upgrades to the Motorola Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR MAXX. The 6.16.211.XT912 software update brings both devices up to speed with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and also transforms them into the first 4G LTE smartphones on the network with global roaming capabilities.
