In this video, we unbox the Motorola DROID 3 from Verizon Wireless. You can purchase the Android-powered handset with slide-out 5-row QWERTY keyboard now from Verizon for $199.99 with a new/renewing two year agreement or $459.99 without. The DROID 3 also features a Texas Instruments OMAP4430 1GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera with LED flash (capable of 1080p HD video capture), front-facing VGA camera, 4-inch qHD display (960 x 540), 512MB of RAM, 16GB of storage, HDMI-out for mirroring, 1540mAh battery and it runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. We should also note that the DROID 3 is rather thin at half an inch thick – Verizon crowns it the thinnest smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard.
