Two classics from Japan have made their way to the Google Play store in the form of new apps for Android smartphones and tablets: Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. and Pokémon TV.
Created by Namco Bandai Games, Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. is based on the original virtual pet toy, which was initially launched back in 1996. The new digital pet app features original characters in color and higher resolution, as well as a place to keep your Tamagotchi collection. The Pokémon Company also released Pokémon TV. As you might have guessed from its name, the app allows users to watch select Pokemon TV episodes featuring Ash, Pikachu, and friends while on the go.
