The Samsung SGH-T699 has been a bit of a mystery. We’ve known for a while now that it’s an Android-powered Samsung smartphone with a 720p HD display destined for T-Mobile. It’s not the Galaxy S III, as that’s already officially confirmed to carry the model number SGH-T999. There were rumors that it was Tmo’s version of the Galaxy Nexus, but that doesn’t seem to be the case either. We’re literally getting a clearer picture of what to expect with the T699, since it’s recently been spotted in the wild. As you can see in the image above, it sports a 5-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard and the tipster claims it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (unclear whether it’s S3 or S4), 5 megapixel rear camera, front-facing camera, and it runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. That’s all we know for now, but at least its design has been identified – that usually helps get the ball rolling in terms of leaks.
