
T-Mobile expanded its Galaxy S smartphone lineup by announcing the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G today. The new phone is equipped with a full 5-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 4-inch WVGA (480×800) Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 1.5-GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 4G (HSPA+ 42) connectivity. Out of the box, it runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but there’s no word of an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G will be available online and at retail stores in the coming weeks.
