After announcing the Xperia S at CES 2012 in Las Vegas back in January, it appears Sony is poised to add two more devices to the family, the Xperia U (ST25i Kumquat) and Xperia P (LT22i Nypon), at MWC 2012 at the end of the month. While we’ve seen leaked shots of both before, this is the first time we’re seeing the former in a clear photo. Best of all, the Xperia U is pictured next to the larger Xperia S, which gives us a great reference of its compact form factor. The Sony Xperia U is said to feature a 3.5-inch FWVGA (480×854) Reality display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 5 megapixel rear camera, and Android 2.3.x Gingerbread (should get an update to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the future).
