Jet Set Radio is now available for $4.99 on Android and iOS, courtesy of SEGA of America and Europe. The classic title, which helped pioneer cel-shaded graphics in video games over a decade ago, originally debuted on the Dreamcast in the year 2000 and has recently been upgraded in HD on Sony’s PlayStation Network and Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade.
