The Android 4.2.1 OTA update has started rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone and Nexus 10 tablet, courtesy of Google. The build JOP40D software upgrade is quite minor, as it mainly fixes the “December Bug” that prevented users from accessing the month for birthdays and anniversaries in the People App, but it may take a few days to a couple weeks to complete roll-out in phases.
