Samsung Display will begin mass producing its 5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED panel later in February, according to the Korea-based DDaily news site. Specifically, the source claims mass production of the new FHD screen will start at the end of the month with shipments reaching Samsung Electronics early next month. That certainly lines up with the frequent rumors of a Galaxy S IV Android smartphone announcement in March and release in April.
