The folks at BGR claim to have all the details on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. Some of the information is old, some new, but alas, let’s wind up the rumor mill once again. According to their trusted source, the Galaxy S3 will have a 1.5GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 4.8-inch FHD 1080p display with 16:9 aspect ratio (previously reported as Super AMOLED Plus HD technology), an 8 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 4G LTE connectivity, Ceramic case/body design, and it will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, of course.
BGR’s source also claimed in an earlier rumor that the GS3 would launch in “over 50 markets or cities simultaneously.” As expected Samsung didn’t announce the Galaxy S III at MWC 2012, but a separate press event should take place soon. We’ll find out then just how close this “trusted source” truly is to the situation.
