A new Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM, labeled I9100XXLPB and dated January 29, has leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone. The ROM is believe to still be in beta/alpha stages, but it seems fairly stable. That’s a good sign considering the update is expected to be officially released in March 2012
