The Samsung Galaxy Note II (GT-N7100) may be hitting store shelves during the first week of October, according to a new rumor. The source suggests we should circle the 40th week of 2012 on our calendars, which targets a launch window between October 1st to October 7th. Unfortunately, it’s unclear whether the rumored release time-frame includes the United States or if it’s merely refering to an initial launch in regions of Asia and Europe. Samsung typically releases their latest and greatest devices overseas a month or two before ultimately bringing them stateside due to complications with US carriers. Luckily, we only have a couple more days left before we find out for sure, since the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event at IFA 2012 will reveal all on August 29.
