LG seems to be actively securing hit Capcom exclusives on the Android platform in 2012. After releasing Street Fighter IV HD for the Optimus LTE, Nitro HD and Spectrum, LG has now introduced Resident Evil 4 for their 4G LTE U+ market. We imagine the exclusivity is only temporary and RE4 will eventually make its way to the Android Market for a wider selection of devices from various manufacturers. Unfortunately, like SFIV, it could be a good three months before it becomes available for the rest of us. Also, all signs point to this being a port of the iPhone variant of the game, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. For now, U+ users can grab Resident Evil 4 for Android for around $5 (₩5,500). We’ll keep you posted if LG devices in the US get access any time soon.
