ChevronWP7 Labs has finally been released for all of your Windows Phone unlocking and resulting Homebrew needs.
ChevronWP7 Labs was designed to allow hobbyist developers to install, run, and debug unsigned applications on their personal Windows Phone. For $9, you can get your Windows Phone developer unlocked through Microsoft-approved methods. Still, we warn any novice users to take caution and only proceed if you know what you’re getting into.
Note: the ChevronWP7 team has taken the tool down temporarily, but it should be back up in no time.
