The LG Optimus F5, recently announced as part of the trio of F-Series Android smartphones at MWC 2013, is heading to Verizon Wireless as the LG Lucid 2 (VS870), according to evleaks.
The successor to the original Lucid (VS840) should sport many of the same features as its European/Asian counterpart: a 4.3-inch qHD (960×540) IPS+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel rear shooter, 1.3MP front-facing camera, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
The source also claims the Lucid2 will launch on Big Red within the next month. Exact pricing was not revealed, though its mid-range classification suggests it will be somewhat affordable.
