Three smartphone renders and specs have been leaked on XDA.ca, a tech site based out of China. One device is an Android, while the other two are both Windows Phone 7s.
Many people have been waiting for more news on the HTC Pyramid, an Android device that is rumored to possibly land on T-Mobile at some point. The latest leak out of China shows what it could look like (pictured above) and also provides some specs. The Pyramid is said to have a 4.3″ qHD (540×960) display, 1.2GHz processor (number of cores unknown), 768MB of RAM, an 8 megapixel rear-mounted camera and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
Up next, we have two leaked Windows Phone 7s. The HTC Prime (pictured above) has a 3.7″ WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera with flash, and full slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It looks like a variant of the HTC 7 Pro or Arrive.
The HTC Ignite (pictured below) is more of a mystery, as the specs don’t exactly match up with WP7 Chassis 1 requirements. It’s rumored to have an 800MHz processor, 3.7″ WVGA resistive display, 512MB of RAM, and 5 megapixel camera. This one has a release time frame of mid-2011 attached to it.
Hopefully these HTC devices, along with the EVO 3D and EVO View, get an official announcement at the CTIA Wireless conference in Orlando next week.
