The HTC One X may soon be one-upped by a slightly more impressive model, currently codenamed HTC Endeavor C2. A tipster noted that the updated smartphone features Nvidia’s Tegra 3 quad-core 1.7GHz processor, a larger battery, a new coat of paint with an undisclosed color scheme, and a bundled pair of UrBeats earphones. The handset is said to be compatible with the One X’s accessories, so it’s likely to hold the same frame design as the original. Actually, this could be the HTC One X+ that’s been previously rumored for T-Mobile. As for software, the Endeavor C2 is expected to launch with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Sense 4.1, ClearVoice and HTC Watch 2. This one is supposedly arriving in the UK on or before October 1st.
This is all very reminiscent of how HTC handled the original Sensation and upgraded Sensation XE devices last year.
