After Samsung, LG and Sony announced a slew of new devices yesterday, it’s now HTC’s turn to unveil one of their own at IFA 2012. Meet the HTC Desire X. This mid-range handset features a 4-inch WVGA Super LCD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1GHz processor, 4GB of internal storage (expandable with microSD), 768MB of RAM, Beats Audio support, and a 1650mAh battery. The 5 megapixel shooter on the back boasts HTC’s ImageChip, a f/2.0, 28mm wide-angle lens, BSI sensor, VideoPic, HDR mode and automatic adjustable flash. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like this one has a front-facing camera. As for software, we’re looking at Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0. The HTC Desire X will be available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia in September 2012.
