android 3.1 update
We’ve heard this one before, but another site is claiming to have a source that reaffirms recent rumors about Google’s next Nexus phone. Korean site Electronic Times says the Google Nexus Prime will be the first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone and it’ll launch in October. They also note that it will have a 4.5″ 720p Super AMOLED HD display and 1.5GHz (possibly OMAP4460) processor. We’ll keep this one classified as a rumor until we see concrete details.

If I don’t like 4.3″ phones I probably wont like a 4.5″ that is the size of a 4.3″. Also if they do as they say and uniphi all android with the release of ICS and it happens in October, I have a feeling the capacitive buttons will be around for at least another year.
