Today’s product announcements from Google included two new devices, the LG Nexus 4 smartphone and Samsung Nexus 10 tablet; however, two variants of the previously released Nexus 7 tablet were also launched. The Asus-branded Nexus 7 32GB WiFi model is now available to purchase for $249 on the Google Play Store. The 8GB model, which never should have been released due to extremely limited storage, is no longer available as the 16GB version has now taken its place as the entry-level unit at just $199. An unlocked 32GB model with WiFi and support for “4G” HSPA+ networks (200 GSM providers, including AT&T & T-Mobile) will be available for $299 starting November 13 in the Google Play store in the U.S., U.K., Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Canada. T-Mobile plans to make the same device available in their stores starting November 5.
