It appears the Samsung Galaxy S IV will feature the Exynos 5 Octa chipset, which was recently announced at CES 2013 by the Korean manufacturer. The octa-core mobile processor was confirmed for the upcoming flagship Android smartphone by a pair of new Antutu Benchmarks. Listings for the Korean Galaxy S4 SHV-E300S model and global Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 model both revealed a clockspeed of 1.8GHz for the 8-core CPU and Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. Previous rumors also peg the device with a 4.99-inch Super AMOLED 1080p Full HD display, 2GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera. The devices scored 19,072 and 21,469 on Antutu.

Note: 6.3-inch Galaxy Note III rumored with Exynos 5 Octa as well.
