Death Worm by PlayCreek is a huge hit on iOS and now it’s available on the Android platform. If I had to describe the gameplay in one sentence, I’d say it’s like taking control of the underground monsters in the movie Tremors (excellent film). You lurk underground as a worm-like creature and then jump out in an attempt to wreak havoc on people, animals, planes, helicopters, and other vehicles. Unfortunately, the developer hasn’t released a free demo version yet, but the full version is currently on sale for $2.99 on the Android Market. That will buy you 45 levels, 2 mini-games, a survival mode, 30 enemy types, 3 worm types, achievements and leaderboards. Check out our thorough video review below, which showcases the game on a Nexus S smartphone and Motorola Xoom tablet.
