CNET just posted a video in which they ranked their picks for the top 5 Android devices as of October 17, 2010. The decisions were made using a combination of editor scores plus popularity among their viewership. The list includes devices from Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T – oddly, T-Mobile is out of the loop.

On with the selections. In last place, but still making the best Android phones list, is the Motorola Droid X with its large 4.3″ display. The fourth place vote went to AT&T’s Samsung Captivate, which sports a 4″ Super AMOLED display. The third spot was awarded to the very popular HTC EVO 4G. The runner-up position went to the HTC Droid Incredible with its unique design. It’s not surprising that Sprint’s Samsung Epic 4G received first place honors, seeing how PCWorld did the same recently with their top 10 list. What say you? Do you agree? Are there any devices missing from the list?
