A new leak of Qualcomm’s roadmap nearly confirms Google’s plans to announce Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie on May 15 at Google I/O 2013. The roadmap itself is dated December 2012 and specifically refers to the next major OS update as “Key Lime Pie” and “K-Release.” Some generic key lime pie artwork compliments the text as well. While the broad time-frames of Spring 2013 and March-June are listed for Qualcomm’s upcoming reference smartphones running Key Lime Pie, we all know that points to Google I/O 2013 for a likely public launching point. Will we see the Motorola X Phone, Nexus 5 and 2nd-generation Nexus 7 running Key Lime Pie at the end of Q2?
