Today, Acer announced the availability of a feature-packed new Android smartphone-tablet hybrid for Q2, more specifically April, of 2011. The handset will sport a giant 4.8″ display (12.2cm diagonal) with a whopping 1024 x 480 resolution, 1GHz processor, 8 megapixel rear-mounted camera with LED flash, 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 6 axis motion sensing gyroscope + accelerometer, HSDPA 14.4, DLNA, Dolby sound and more. Acer is dubbing it, “100% phone and 100% tablet.” Still no word on pricing, or the device’s official name for that matter, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information.
